Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of the Pre-Trade Compliance check domain within the bank's Rule Engine.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritisation, and roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements for private banking clients.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritise features and user stories and ensure alignment with business objective.
  • Lead and drive user council / advisory forums, setting up constant user feedback loop to identify the right job to be done.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare user training material and support user training.
  • Document and maintain rule dictionary.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams and clients on Pre-Trade Compliance Check.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Master's degree from a reputable university
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. Experience in wealth management industry is a plus.
  • Detail oriented, analytical, organized and able to cope well under time constraints.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Private Banking business.
  • Well versed in investment products and order process flows
  • Business risk domain knowledge and mindset
  • Logical thinking and strong intellectual curiosity and desire to improve how things are done.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiar with Agile SCRUM methodology
  • Strong IT knowledge / interest is preferred.
