Role:

Frontline production role involved in day to day operations of Balances Middle Office (BMO) team. This team works on operational Intraday Cash liquidity functionality for Treasury, Risk and other Enterprise Operations groups as well as provides reporting on Liquidity issues

Knowledge & Skills

The candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Must have extremely good product knowledge in the Cash, FX and liquidity domain
  • Knowledge and practical experience of Reconciliations including working on TLM will be an added advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail, and should be capable of performing different subprocess as well as their 4 eye review
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
Principal Responsibilities

The principal responsibilities of the Senior Analyst may include, but may not be limited to, the following;

PROCESS AND TEAM DELIVERABLES:
  • Ensuring that all the tasks and team activities are completed on a timely basis and with high accuracy levels
  • Perform the quality checks on work completed by other partners as assigned
  • Ensure that all checklists are signed diligently and in a timely manner
  • Escalate issues and file incident reports as needed in a timely manner
  • Monitor individual/ team mailbox ensuring all emails have been actioned or filed in appropriate folder
RISK MANAGEMENT:
  • Understand the business risks and ways to mitigate them
  • Follow all the laid down process controls
  • Maintain the requisite checklist
  • Work closely with the Team Lead to maintain a robust control environment
ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL EXPECTATIONS:
  • Follow all the organization policies
  • Adheres to the procedures and the Code of Conduct displaying highest levels of integrity
  • Understand and display the A Approach behaviors
