About our client

The team has a diverse portfolio and ongoing interest in established and emerging sectors such as health, renewables & energy efficiency, social infrastructure, data/technology, registries and ports. What the job involves

• Assist in the generation of new ideas and deal flow through internal and external counterparties and conducting regular industry research on target sectors
• Strong support to senior members of the team on the investment pipeline, relationships and understanding of regulatory & other country-specific investment factors in Europe
• Conduct and coordinate the investment due diligence on the agreed focus list of investments including building and maintaining investment models and preparing & presenting detailed investment recommendation reports
• Assist in the ongoing active management of the existing portfolio
• Contribute to the culture of the team

Who we are looking for

• Strong and suitable academic qualifications
• Industry experience aligned to infrastructure
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Ideally some experience gained from direct investment transactions
• Working collaboratively and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of debt & equity capital markets and funds management across a range of traditional infrastructure, infrastructure-like & real asset investments both domestically and offshore
