What role will you play?
As a Senior Product Manager, you will manage the investigation of potential incidents to confirm the root cause and impact. You will also manage the rectification and remediation of confirmed incidents by working with data and analytics, operations, legal and compliance teams across the group.
You will be responsible for the design and build of new processes or controls to cap confirmed incidents and improve the risk profile.

What you offer
- A minimum of 5 years home loans experience and/or financial product management experience is essential.
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder management and a keen eye for detail
- You will be self-motived and able to effectively manage deadlines, deal with a multitude of different tasks concurrently and prioritise appropriately.
- You will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong relationship building skills with both internal departments and external parties.
