Preparing and updating of all marketing materials related to infrastructure transactions including: presentations, flyers, internal documents, DDQs, quarterly investor newsletters and maintaining data rooms
Coordinating the preparation of RFPs and ad-hoc responses to client and prospect requests
Conduct market research on competitors, target investors, infrastructure sectors/markets, ESG/sustainability trends, specialist 3rd party service providers and relevant conferences.
Work alongside the Private Markets Sales teams to support client servicing, account planning and the coordination of roadshows,
Supporting the execution of new mandates and client solutions
Collaborating with the marketing team to improve brand recognition and market presence
Coordinate fundraising related deliverables with our partners in product development, operations and legal. This will include: working alongside our operations team to coordinate fund closings as well as and support the product development teams on future Infrastructure strategies.
Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience working in investment banking/capital markets, placement agent, investor relations, financial accounting, management and/or investment consulting
Some work experience or a good understanding of private markets (private debt, infrastructure, real estate, private equity)
Highly organized, pursuing a structured approach to deliverables with strong project management skills
Highly developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Strong content creation skills
