WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
• Ensure all management reports and analysis review are processed in a timely manner with quality to support management on business result and KPI analysis and monitoring.
• A key member in the Finance Transformation Project, work closely with IT department to develop a robust Management Information System (MIS) and Data Analytic Platform to provide more comprehensive and timely business results update to Management.
• Assist in the coordination of annual budget exercise.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Produce management reports to ensure business performances are analysed and presented to Management/Group office to facilitate business decision making on a timely basis.
  • Assist in the financial budget report preparation in the strategy planning process, formulate the overall work plan and coordinate with Group Office, local business functions and cross-finance teams. Ensure budget is in line with business initiatives and strategic planning.
  • Act as Project Coordinator in Finance Workstream of the MIS related projects, assist in the project planning and implementation.
  • Collect the business user requirements, liaise with project team and IT department to identify MIS solution and deliverables
  • Track and monitor project progress regularly to ensure deliverables are complete as scheduled. Update management on project status, key issues, risks and action items in timely manner.
  • Review existing management reporting processes and reports, provide recommendation on how to improve efficiency and data quality via automation.
  • Support Associate Director and the CFO on strategy and business review related topics including ad hoc analysis or reports to senior management.
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or Information Technology
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Finance, with at least 2 years relevant FP&A experience.
  • Experience in leading finance transformation / MIS project is preferred.
  • Hands on experience in business intelligence and data management tools such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau.
  • Proficiency in SAS, Python or similar analytical oriented programming languages, experience in information system development is a plus.
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services Industry is preferred.
  • Possess strong communication skills with confidence to liaise with all levels including top management and across different functions
  • Strong data analytic and presentation skills
