What role will you play?

You are a be a big thinker who challenges the norm, has an eye for detail and is committed to delivering exceptional experiences in Transformation projects. In this collaborative role you'll work closely with a cross functional team of Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, and Operational teams to drive the delivery of technology solutions across Macquarie Capital Private businesses.

You will facilitate implementable, innovative, and intuitive solutions to complex scenarios. Day to day you will run scrum ceremonies, manage the deliverables across teams, act as an escalation point, identify blockers and dependencies that will impact delivery timelines, nurture a collaborative culture, as well as support the Program Manager across the broader Macquarie Capital Private Technology portfolio.

What you offer
  • 4-5+ years' experience in a Scrum Master / Delivery Co-ordinator role.
  • Strong advocacy of Agile behaviours and practices.
  • A passionate problem solver with the ability to solve complex problems and help teams overcome them.
  • Ability to manage and deliver complex projects containing multiple streams.
  • Experience in data platform transformation projects.
