Fund Associate Director - Private Credit

The Role: Fund Controller - Private Credit Investment Manager
The Client: Global Investment Manager
The Location: City of London

Renowned Investment Manager are expanding it's Private Credit Team. Looking for a senior leader to join at AD level within a particularly commercially focused teams. Closed ended Private Credit funds made up of some interesting hybrids.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reviewing daily cash forecasting, monitoring investment activities and fund expenses, and managing liquidity requirements.
• Assisting in capital call and distribution process by reviewing working schedules and notices prepared by TPAs.
• Good understanding and working knowledge in fund closes and equalisation process.
• Assisting in credit and leverage facility operations such as drawdown, repayment, payment process, and covenant reporting.
• Work closely with deal transactions and fund closing processes
• Lead the team, represent the strategic growth of the department

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with prooven fund controller experience
• Private Credit/Private Debt desireable however any closed ended fund experience could work
• Excellent Power BI Skills
• Has sat within more strategic positions, managing relationships with the TPAs and internally with the Deals team.
