Tasks
- Manage E2E business transformation initiatives where you align business and IT stakeholders around a common goal. With your proven industry and transformation expertise you can connect the dots and drive the change
- Move from building digital channels to implementing a real digital transformation by creating and combining business insights on clients, markets, products, and processes
- Change ways of working at organisational level to evolve to a client-centric, outside-in organisation
- Maximise benefits on change investments by helping clients move to lean portfolio management and apply best-practice methodology and governance
- An engagement to develop and execute your personal growth plan
- Excellent learning opportunities in a national and international context

- Master's degree in Business/Management/Economics or in an IT/Engineering-related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Dutch, or French
- Able to design solutions that are usable, valuable, and viable for the client
- Leadership experience in a financial services or consulting company
- Project Management certifications are a plus
