Our Client is a Singapore Headquartered Private Investments Company, managing investments in diversified industries such as Real Estate. They are currently seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the management and optimisation of their commercial office portfolio.

As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the value and performance of the properties by implementing strategic plans, analysing financial data, and coordinating various operational aspects.This role requires excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate.
  1. Portfolio Management:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximise occupancy rates within the company's portfolio of commercial offices in Singapore
    • Conduct regular property assessments and evaluate market trends, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
    • Preparing management reports and forecasts.
  2. Leasing & Tenant Relations:
    • Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
    • Working with property agents to identify prospects and secure new tenancies.
  3. Property Operations:
    • Collaborate with property management teams to ensure proper maintenance, repair, and renovation of assets to enhance their attractiveness, functionality, and market value.
    • Monitor and enforce lease compliance, property regulations, and legal requirements, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for tenants.
    • Maintaining the rent roll for each property.
  4. Market Research and Due Diligence:
    • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends, competitive advantages, and market benchmarks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Asset Manager/Lease Manager or similar role in commercial real estate, with a focus on office properties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
