Essential Functions:
  • Serve as a point of contact between accounting and internal departments, as well as external parties.
  • Schedule meetings and events involving the accounting department and other departments or external parties.
  • Handle travel planning, coordination, and expense management.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare and distribute memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate document signatures, especially during critical periods.
  • Monitor and track timelines, checklists, and deadlines for assignments and projects.
  • Manage documents and files, perform administrative tasks, and assist with daily operations.
  • Undertake special assignments as directed by management.
  • Provide phone support and contribute to daily operations as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Hold a degree preferably related to accounting.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Familiarity with DocuSign or Adobe.
  • 1-5 years of administrative support experience.
  • Previous experience in the Real Estate industry and familiarity with Yardi systems preferred.
