The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with a leading bank looking for a Business Analyst
  • Focus: To support project implementation and business analysis
  • Office Location: Central
  • Starts off as a 7 months contract

The Talent
  • Min. Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience within the asset management and/or banking sector
  • Experience of the full project lifecycle
  • Data analysis experience
  • Exposure to ESG regulations / prudential standards will be beneficial
  • Experienced in building out Operating Models, Process Flows and Policy / Procedural updates
  • Ability to manage complex projects, including coordinating multiple projects and initiatives at one time

The Job
  • Play a key role in analyzing and implementing ESG regulations that impact APAC wealth management and provide banking sector
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure adherence to internal requirements, regulatory obligations, and external commitments
  • Lead working group meetings with senior stakeholders to support project delivery
  • Collaborate across firm functions, including portfolio management, capital markets, operations, and control functions, to design and implement ESG efforts
  • Accountable for documenting as-is and to be-processes
  • Define the data requirements for ESG associated regulatory reporting (MAS, HKMA SPM, ABS etc.)
