Responsible for managing onboarding/implementation projects for Private Capital Administration clients; Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Equity Fund of Funds, Debt, Real Estate and Infrastructure funds. Engagement with different teams and groups within Private Capital on strategic change management, new business/product initiatives, and process re-engineering. Client facing role who leads onboarding/implementation project calls and tracks progress of onboarding/implementations. Technical experts without management responsibilities, seen as key advisors on significant business decisions and large and/or complex projects. Keeps abreast of emerging industry trends. Maintains regular contact with peers internal and external to firm, including regulators and professional organizations.

Department:

Private Capital Administration (PCA) provides third-party clients with comprehensive administration, financial accounting, and investor reporting services for their funds. PCA specializes in private equity (PE), real-estate, debt funds, venture capital, and fund of funds. Services include accounting for investment and divestments, investor capital calls/drawdowns and distributions, financial reporting and investor reporting.

1. Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function

2. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level

3. Carries out onboarding/implementation activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult

4. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities

5. Conducts preliminary analysis of new client operating documents, investor and investor data

6. Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management

7. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas

  • Season professional with a College or University degree and/or minimum two years of relevant proven work experience is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
  • Analytical and problem solving skills are required
  • Technical skills are required
  • FIS Investran/Private Capital Suite and Digital Data exchange experience is a plus
  • Yardi experience is a plus
  • FIS VPM experience is a plus
  • Anaplan experience is a plus
