Be part of the APAC Global Coverage Solutions team to support the Corporate Coverage activity providing relevant information:
  • Support the Team and the Management in the recurring or ad-hoc tasks and presentations
  • Follow the client revenues process: monthly reportings, relationship with the Finance team
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc analysis, investigate whenever needed

1. Client revenues: Contribute to the monitoring and the enhancement of the client revenues process in coordination with the Coverage teams (All APAC Corporate coverages and FIC APAC coverage).
  • Liaison with Finance Performance Steering team to review data quality (periodic reviews and reconciliations, actions to tackle the issues);
  • Investigate whenever needed the client revenues figures and provide a deeper analysis;
  • Liaise with the local team members to review the figures, the issues and the actions.
2. Deepen Smart Analysis of Client Activity: Contribute to the Client Business Development of the Region by deepening and enhancing the smart analysis of client commercial activity.
  • Contribute to implement adequate reporting (excel and Power BI) to monitor specific KPIs such as client revenues, CRM statistics on various business initiatives out of which the Strategic Plan 2025, the follow-up of the priority clients, the management of the low revenues clients and the participation to the Client Monitoring & Development.
3. Management of CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool : Ensure active and proper utilization of the CRM tool as well as data quality and integrity.
  • Be involved in data quality cleaning exercise for APAC and ensure coordination of such exercise among local GCS teams;
  • Document the target usage of the CRM tool;
  • Promote CRM usage trough organization of training and communication of new features to users
4. Business Management and others Help managing the various tasks expected by the Team, for instance:
  • Contributions to weekly wins of the week and remarkable deals for APAC Flash News;
  • Assist head of Head of GCS APAC and Head of Corporate Coverage on any adhoc request;
  • Be the back-up for local GCS Hong Kong tasks (production of reports for local GCS HK teams, preparation of data for meetings, adhoc requests etc);
  • Preparation of various forums.
Ensure compliance with Bank's policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures, and the summary of responsibilities list attached hereto.
