The Account Director is responsible for building and maintaining the business relationship, service delivery and the growth of key accounts in the organisation's portfolio. This role will facilitate results, client satisfaction and quality improvement
Responsibilities
- Overall management of the client account
- Lead client service team ensuring quality across client interactions, performance and other relevant processes
- Manage the client contact strategy
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success
- Develop high-level go-to-market offerings in loyalty and marketing analytics
- 5 + years of experience in the marketing/loyalty/travel benefits industry in a similar client services management role
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Relevant degree
