Global capital markets and investment bank actively hiring ECM bankers
Roles/Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and targeting new business opportunities
- Develop and define equity offering strategies and appropriately communicate and advise corporate clients
- Support senior bankers on equity transaction execution and new business origination
- Develop and maintain institutional investor relationships and provide client feedback in deal and non-deal settings
- Develop and maintain equity marketing materials
- Participate in client meetings
- Participate on ad-hoc tasks in other projects requested by management
- Minimum 3 years experience in ECM in either Japanese or foreign investment bank preferred
- Hold a bachelor's degree, Master's or MBA a plus
- Native Japanese with English fluency
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet expected deadlines
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented
