Job Description
A global investment bank; a leader in promoting sustainability, ESG and green bonds is seeking for investment bankers

Roles/Responsibilities
  • Assist senior DCM bankers in deal origination, syndication and execution and account opening process for debt and debt-related transactions
  • Prepare business plans and pitchbooks to support the team in deal's pitching and structuring
  • Work closely with coverage banking teams, syndicates, sustainable banking, research and trading to solve issuers' funding demand across the currencies
  • Fully utilize strength in EUR and/or sustainable banking to penetrate to Japanese clients
  • Educate coverage bankers and credit/rate sales on market and product knowledge and information
  • Collaborate with other DCM and coverage teams in other regions to promote cross-border DCM
  • Draft documentations, engagement letters, market update, investor feedback, discussion material for live deal transactions and internal deal announcement and case study
Required skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher a degree preferably in Business, Economics, Law or Finance
  • Minimum of 3 years experience to be considered for the role
  • Relevant experience and/or knowledge in DCM products
  • Native Japanese speaker with fluency in English a plus
  • High attention to detail, good communication and teamwork and ability to perform under pressure.
