Job Description
A global investment banking advisor recognized and honored regularly by the Atlas & M&A Advisor Awards are seeking for M&A investment bankers

Roles/Responsibilities
  • Work with clients and participate in execution of cross-border M&A transactions
  • Provide support to senior bankers to develop origination tools (marketing leads and ideas to generate new business
  • Define and prepare financial and technical analysis for various M&A engagements including buyside and sellside cross-border M&A situations
  • Attend and participate collaboratively in meetings with client's senior team members
  • perform valuation analysis including company analysis, precedent transaction analysis
Required skills
  • Native Japanese, business English a must
  • A bachelor's degree or higher, a degree related to accounting, mathematics, business, finance would be a plus
  • Strong client management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail and have good time management skills
  • Has strong interest in pursuing career in M&A
