f. Collaboration with colleagues, consultants and committees related to the selection and monitoring process;
g. Development and maintenance of performance and risk evaluation tools and monitoring reports;
2. Help develop and maintain materials that support the field including:

d. Fulfilment guidance on manager combinations
Knowledge/Skills
The ideal candidate would have a CFA/CAIA (or PhD), with a solid quantitative background in statistical methods and a familiarity with key academic research in financial economics. The individual should be able to apply financial theory and economic intuition to empirical investment analysis, and extend their analysis to include qualitative considerations. They should have portfolio-level investment experience that includes manager selection across asset classes, with specialty expertise in the evaluation and monitoring of alternative investments. The individual must have strong written and oral communication skills. Critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment are required.
Experience and Requirements
