Marketing support for OCBC's high net worth customer segments, Premier Banking and Premier Private Client.
Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Support the execution of the bank's marketing strategy to drive brand health, client acquisition, client engagement and sales and revenue growth for Premier Banking and Premier Private Client.
  2. Work closely with internal stakeholders including segment, product, analytics, legal and compliance teams, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective developing and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.
  3. Support the development of client tools and assets to deepen client engagement and support delivery of business growth.
  4. Manage events planning and execution to ensure business objectives are achieved and strong return on investment post event.
  5. Work closely with media agencies to ensure timely delivery and optimisation of marketing spend.
  6. Support marketing budget management to ensure due diligence in marketing spend and proper tracking of procurement orders, invoices and payments.
Reporting To
Head of Affluent Marketing

§ 6-8 years marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution
§ Experience in HNW client segments and understanding of banking and investments will be an advantage
§ Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
§ Great communication skills and able to manage dynamics of internal and external stakeholders
§ Project management skills and experience in managing creative and media agencies
§ Able to stay agile and adapting to changing environments and needs
§ Digitally savvy
