Our index series includes the Hang Seng Index, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index and the Hang Seng TECH Index, as well as Stock Connect, Greater Bay Area and sector-related indexes. As at the end of 2020, assets under management in products passively tracking indexes in the Hang Seng Family of Indexes had reached a total of about US$38 billion

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Finance Manager (Billing Operations).

Principal responsibilities
Principal responsibilities
  • Lead a team of finance staff to:
    • Implement day to day function of billing operation;
    • Monitor and collect accounts receivable;
    • Arrange payments of operating expenses from different teams;
    • Handle the billing enquiries from customer and internal department;
    • Conduct month-end posting; and
  • Prepare financial reports on a timely basis;
  • In charge of billing system enhancement and UAT;
  • Work closely with respective teams to support all aspects of billing operations and financial analyses;
  • Assist in preparing annual budget and forecast;
  • Support monthly and quarterly close process through P&L variance analysis;
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support management decision process;
  • Maintain appropriate internal controls and adhere to Company's policy and procedures
Requirements
  • University degree in Accounting or a related discipline and with a recognized professional accounting qualification;
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in accounting or financial control;
  • Strong self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Attention to detail, and good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
( Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior role.)
