The group has close to €22 billion of assets under management and invests in private equity (direct and fund investments), private debt, real estate, as well as asset management (fixed income and equities). LFPI Group has offices in Paris, Geneva, Luxembourg, Vienna, Frankfurt, Milan and New York.
LFPE S.A. is seeking a highly motivated student or recent graduate, with an interest in private equity investing. The investment focus of our group in Geneva lies on non-listed equity investments in small/mid-cap companies across Europe (both directly and through fund investments). This is a unique opportunity to gain a meaningful experience in the European private equity space, while being involved in all aspects of the investment process including screening, due diligence, execution and monitoring of portfolio investments. You will join a high calibre team of investment professionals with an entrepreneurial mind-set, within a structured and disciplined investment approach.

Responsibilities
- You will play an integral role in the origination and execution of investment opportunities
- Assist in all aspects of the investment process, including preparing complex financial models, as well as conducting due diligence
- Develop investment memoranda and supporting materials for regular investment committee meetings
- Support senior members of the investment team in the negotiation and execution of direct equity and fund investments
- Help monitor performance of portfolio investments and prepare investor reporting outputs
- Develop marketing materials, when required
Qualifications
- Candidates or graduates in an undergraduate or master degree, with an outstanding record of academic achievement and an interest in finance
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Fluency in German as a very strong asset
- Strong quantitative and technical skills
- Drive, enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong personal integrity and leadership potential
- Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance or transaction services is an asset
- Swiss work permit requirements to be fulfilled
