Take responsibility for the delivery and tracking of technology change projects and programmes across our trading and operational businesses in EMEA.
Play an integral role in driving the delivery of a technology programme, dealing with and co-coordinating resolutions that span across all our trading businesses. You may be leading various smaller projects or large, change projects with high visibility that have an impact business-wide, taking responsibility for leading implementation in a highly regulated environment.
As a Technical delivery lead, you will be working closely with the product owners and other key stakeholders to design, build and delivery the supervisory portal. You will have day to day ownership for the technical delivery and ensure high quality and best practices are applied and be responsible for the output of a dedicated technology team building and supporting the platform.
A desire to continuously adapt, learn and solve problems is fundamental. Your role will encompass end-to-end delivery and involve working with both onshore and offshore teams and global stakeholders, you will also be responsible for the full life-cycle of project activities in line with our architecture, security, risk, audit and compliance frameworks.
Bringing a structured and delivery focused approach you will have experience of managing global technology projects, strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to deliver in a matrix management environment. The successful applicant with have an analytical and commercial mindset, a strong understanding of technology, and be hands-on with a desire to get into the details.
Active involvement in prioritisation, problem solving and delivery is a key part of the role and experience as a business analyst or product owner would be a distinct advantage. Experience working in a Front Office Trading environment is highly desirable with a comprehensive understanding of the front to back and any knowledge of business and technology operational processes a distinct advantage.
