An FP&A Associate is required within a leading Property developer and owner, with recognisable assets and landmarks across the UK. This newly created Financial Planning and Analysis role will report directly into the Senior Management Team and will play a key role in restructuring and driving the commerciality of the Finance Team.
This renowned Real Estate developer has a diverse portfolio of investments, and this role will work with key stakeholders to improve assets across residential, retail and commercial areas.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the senior leadership and Directors in forecasting, planning and restructuring of processes
- Monitoring and controlling of the expenditure on development projects, including scenario modelling
- Working with the Finance Team to efficiently forecast the projects under development for key Stakeholders
- Preparation of analysis, reconciliations and cashflow management
Presentations and analysis to relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Assist the Directors in the restructuring and implementation of new structures and processes in Financial Planning and Analysis
- Providing data analysis for ad hoc reporting requirements
Key Requirements
- An ACA or ACCA qualification, with strong academics
- Real Estate experience essential
- Strong business modelling skills
- Extremely analytically minded, with strong management reporting experience
- Anaplan experience is highly desirable but not essential
