CRS (Corporate Realty Service) Regional FP&A Senior Analyst, AVP

Description & Responsibility:

As part of Asia Regional Global Function FP&A team, the CRS ( Corporate Realty Service ) FP&A ( Financial Planning & Analysis ) Senior Analyst role is responsible for providing regional financial management, planning & analytic support for CRS Regional FP&A Head . The person will assist the CRS Regional FP&A Head and partner with the CRS Regional Business Team to support the Finance analytical needs, including Annual Budget, Monthly Forecast, Quarterly forecast (QMMF) deliverables for both Direct Expense and Intercompany Charge outs/ Recoveries across various Businesses.

This person is expected to:
  • Provide FP&A analytics on Regional CRS direct expenses and charge-out for the Franchise, focus on Divestiture and Investment impact
  • Have strong analytical, quantitative, & communication skills to support and drive CRS strategic spend and save initiatives
  • Provide FP&A support to various stakeholders including CRS Operation & Finance Team in Country & Region
  • Partner with CRS Mumbai FP&A Team on all financial deliverables
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with CRS Country Teams to understand the business drivers on all CRS activities including Divestiture, Investments, Productivity Saves, Rate and Contracts, and all other drivers on CRS Financials, to be able to provide story behind the CRS Financials and to explain variances against different benchmarks
  • Act as a Key reviewer in Annual Budget and QMMF cycle, to review budget inputs from CRS Country Teams, and provide insights & guidance to the team to ensure all deliverables are accurately stated.
  • Drive financial transparency via close partnership with CRS Country Teams on tracking Monthly Opportunity & Risk items to meet budget
  • Oversee CRS Customer Charge out and Recoveries, EBIT position, on monthly charge out monitoring, Quarterly Reforecast and Annual Budget; and also assist in communicating CRS Charge Out details & explanations to Business Stakeholders
  • Assist in responding all Ad Hoc requests from Global & Regional stakeholders in a timely basis, which will involve partner with CRS Country Team/ Mumbai FP&A Team.
  • Assist in presentations, decks and supporting documents for senior review.
  • Work, liaise and effective collaborate with CRS FP&A Mumbai Team and CRS country/ regional team.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor degree holder in Business/Finance. MBA or CPA/equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years experiences in a financial services environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Planning & Analysis process and framework.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative skills, with a solid knowledge on Accounting
  • Excellent Power Point & Excel skills
  • Attention to detail, innovative and practical, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, strong performer with track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to build close relationships and interact at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work through conflicts.
  • Ability to work as a team and leverage on Mumbai Analytics center support.
