***Top Tier Buyside Firm & Global Investment Bank -Application Support Analyst***

Responsibilities:

• Actively monitor the platform, leveraging and improving existing log collection and alerting tools
• Identify and troubleshoot incident to ensure prompt system recovery
• Create and follow up on tickets in collaboration with product and technical teams
• Perform and improve morning checks ensuring application stability and reliability before market hours

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years' experience in an Application / IT support position (Client interaction, problem tracking and resolution
• Solid system administration and scripting skills (bash, Python)
• Experience in supporting connectivity layer (FIX is a plus)
• Knowledge of AWS or any other public cloud offering is a plus
• Experience in using, implementing log collection tools such as Kibana, Splunk is preferred
• Good command of system documentation best practices using Atlassian suite
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential (English)
• Client focus - Ability to communicate with external counterparties (email and verbal)
