Financial Technology Implementation - Investment Café
Your Team
As an implementation consultant, you will be part of the Aladdin Client Transformation team for eFront North America. As a member of the BlackRock family, eFront is on a path of exciting growth and development. The team is committed to increasing BlackRock's exposure to Alternative Investments and providing new standards for Alternative Investments system implementation. We are proud to be pioneering thought leadership and innovative solutions in this space. You will integrate a multifaceted and fast-growing team within the Client Services department to play a key role in driving the expansion of eFront solutions!
Your Role and Impact
You will play a key role in the success of our team and business. Working across projects and teams, you will participate in successful delivery and implementation of eFront solutions. The role will give you the chance to work on our most challenging and exciting eFront projects, gaining both valuable experience and exposure within the company. The highest level of client service is essential as you resolve client needs and collaborate with teammates and partners to exceed client expectations. Via your deliveries, you will help your clients in their daily usage of the Café platform, providing high quality screens and modules to track their pipeline, define their investments and follow their portfolios. eFront stands out as a real career catalyst: we are at the crossroads between software and the thriving businesses of Alternative Investments!

Your Responsibilities
- Forge positive relationships through consistent and diligent client service. You will be required to gain a thorough knowledge of our client's business and demonstrate an on-going commitment to deliver client satisfaction.
- Develop/implement configurations according to client specifications.
- Analyze and provide solutions to client's requirements.
- Develop and monitor project plans to ensure key milestones are met.
- Document and archive all client's configuration work for future reference.
- Manage client's daily activities and deliveries for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate the acquisition of client materials and ensure proper and timely setup.
- Train the clients on our products.
- Work effectively with people in other departments within our firm to manage the day-to-day operation of the clients' projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field (ie. Computer Science, Business administration)
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Tech savvy with strong Excel Knowledge (analyzing data, use of advanced functions). Experience in dealing with AWS SES, SSO, API is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and also collaboratively as part of a team on multiple projects at a time.
- Good understanding of the SaaS model.
- Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills with client facing experience.
- High motivation, accountability, and excellent problem solver skills.
- Strong experience in working with multiple departments to deliver high value services in complex environment in Agile / Waterfall approaches to clients.
- Background in Financial Services or Software Solutions. Alternative Investments is a plus.
