What will you be doing?

• Develop and maintain quantitative models and methodologies used for business financial planning, generating regulatory reporting requirements (Y9-C, 14A, Q, and M) and forecasting Pre-Provision Net Revenues (PPNR), using SAS, RStudio, Python, or R.
• Work on compliance of models and documentation with SR 11-7.
• Formulate and apply mathematical and statistical modeling, theoretical modeling, empirical-testing, historical back-testing, statistical analysis of relevant market data, numerical implementations of analytical modules, and model and methodology documentation.
• Analyze and define data requirements, business revenue segmentation, business drivers, and applying judgment and statistical tests.
• Perform validation, calibration, and testing of models to ensure adequacy, and provide support for present risk applications and models.
• Provide analytical support to the Finance and IT teams for team deliverables and interactions.
• Work with external teams and stakeholders in IT, Risk, Finance, and Model Validation on validating and stress testing models, building challenger models, in accordance with regulatory requirements such as Basel, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR).
• Respond to queries related to the models and perform further tests where required.
• Use knowledge of financial products to develop and maintain market risk and quantitative pricing models, develop documentation and reporting, and implement analytics models within a quantitative library.
• Deploy and maintain PPNR and Revenue transfer pricing models, defend models in central challenge forums, integrate models with MEF, and facilitate usage of models in internal planning processes.
• Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers, and deliver results consistent with management objectives.
• Act as team lead and people manager for Pre-Provision Net Revenue Model Development.
• Supervise other team members, coordinate model development responsibility and monitor the progress towards completion.
• Will oversee a team of nine (9) quantitative modelers.

What we're looking for:

Requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Econometrics, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics or related field and 6 years of experience as a Quantitative Analyst, Quantitative Modeler, Quantitative Consultant or related position working with capital markets in the Financial services industry.

Must have experience with:

• Knowledge of current regulatory landscape including expectations for models used for Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR).
• Model development/validation with statistical models to support Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Bank of England stress testing.
• Developing and maintaining quantitative models and methodologies using SAS, RStudio, Python, or R.
• Gathering information and generating regulatory reporting requirements.
• Working on compliance of models and documentation with SR 11-7.
• Developing other stress testing models, in accordance with regulatory requirements such as Basel and CCAR.
• Using knowledge of financial products to develop and maintain quantitative models and develop documentation.
• Deploying and maintaining forecasting models.

Where will you be working?

You will be working at our New York, New York location at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the façade of the building. Salary/Rate Minimum/yr: $245,000
Salary/Rate Maximum/yr: $245,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
