TwentyAI is seeking a 6-month interim management reporting consultant to focus on forecasting and budgeting for a global investment management business. A recently created Management Reporting team requires an individual who can oversee the monthly financial close process and develop internal financial reports for the group stakeholders and committees.
The consultant will work closely with the finance team to improve forecasting and budgeting processes, providing expert analysis and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The consultant will be expected to provide hands-on support, liaising with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information.

The consultant will be expected to provide hands-on support, liaising with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial information.
Key responsibilities:
- Support with planning and manage the Group monthly financial close process across finance operations and global offices including: timetabling, coordination of submission packs, key balance sheet reconciliations and the delivery of monthly Flash results for the Group
- Perform monthly analytical reviews of the Group's performance vs Budget, Forecasts & prior financial periods with the input and support of other finance areas.
- Perform financial close activities for Central head office costs and substantiate key balance sheet accounts
- Prepare the quarterly financial reporting & analysis for the Group Board and Exco for presentation to Business unit heads
- Support in various additional activities, such as ad hoc analysis project work, system enhancement as well as taking on further areas as the Group expands
- Identify opportunities to improve processes within reporting, controls and also across finance operations and systems
