Who we are looking for
The primary function of the Asset Pricing Team is to ensure all held instruments are accurately priced on time. This is a critical function, operating in a fast-paced environment, dealing with all aspects of asset pricing; providing an efficient service to our client. You will support the daily verification of asset prices received from multiple vendors, at various valuation points throughout the day; to ensure fair and accurate prices are used for fund valuations.

What you will be responsible for
As an Asset Pricing Analyst you will

  • Complete daily verification of asset prices
  • Update manual prices within in-house system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure prices updated within in-house system by other members of the team are accurate
  • Ensure any price amendments have appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Ensure queries from valuations are acknowledged as soon as possible and resolved within a timely manner and stakeholder requests are dealt with efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
  • To proactively seek to improve and streamline existing processes

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • A relevant degree qualification from a recognized institution is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years securities pricing / valuation experience within a financial Institution
  • Detailed understanding of financial Instruments.
  • Detailed understanding of corporate events
  • Detailed understanding of Bloomberg services and Bloomberg terminal
