- 推動每⽉、每季、每年的預算規劃、績效追蹤、差異分析，因⽣意需求不定時作深度 的策略分析。
- 負責策略分析來評估新的成長引擎、資本⽀出、⼤型專案的可⾏性及效益
- 有效將財報轉化成商業語⾔，協助C-level做完善的決策
- 與相關⽣意團隊密切合作，建立預算、規劃、及資源最優化配置，發掘⽣意驅動⼒。
- 負責法⼈說明會，規劃訊息揭露的深度及廣度，並能說明公司願景及法⼈期望的資訊 及報表。
- 在沒前例的創新上，提供合適的商業決策及可⾏性分析，成為最佳的商業夥伴。
- 分析現況，建立符合價值觀及風險控管的財務流程，並持續優化及簡化。
- 運⽤科技來提升分析及報表需求，例如excel, Tableau等分析⼯具。
