VP Corporate Finance M&A, Investment Banking

Overview

Due to business growth and continued expansion in the region, a fast growing bank has an additional headcount to hire a VP Corporate Finance(M&A) Investment Banking for the Greater China team.

Role Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers for execution of Greater China Corporate Finance M&A transactions.
• Support the end-to-end deal process, including research, pitching and structuring, documentation, due diligence, roadshow and syndication / book building of mandated transactions etc.
• To collaborate with various internal stakeholders / teams including cross border DCM teams, Corporate Banking Relationship Managers, Global Markets including Fixed Income Sales / Trading teams and Legal.
• Ensure compliance of business activities meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Academics from a reputable university
• At least 6-8 years in Corporate Finance with good deal exposure in Greater China.
• Strong mathematical and financial modelling skills
• Holds a high standard of integrity and professional standards with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English
