Operational Resilience Analyst

Specific responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Man Group's Operational Resiliency programme, including collaboration with stakeholders and facilitation of Steering Committees and Working Groups
• Contribute to team recommendations, via the Operational Resilience & Continuity Committee, regarding key improvements for resiliency and business continuity
• Support the implementation and testing of the new technologies for Operational Resilience and assist in the maintenance and enhancement of these systems
• Support scenario testing of the firm's Important Business Services (IBS), engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across the firm
• Support the production of regular reporting to a range of stakeholders
• Support the maintenance of internal educational materials (namely content on Man Group's intranet and the mandatory training module) for operational resilience
• Maintain a high degree of knowledge and industry insight around global regulations, best practices, and anticipated changes relating to Operational Resilience and Continuity
• Support existing Third-Party Risk Management processes, due diligence reach outs and facilitation of the Third-Party Risk Management Committee (TPRMC)
• Ad-hoc duties and project work to support operational resilience & continuity responsibilities

Technical competencies

• Experience of working on successful programmes/projects with stakeholders
• Experience in Operational Resilience & Third-Party Risk Management roles in financial services is beneficial
• Strong academic achievement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written)
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business and challenge stakeholders objectively and effectively
• Well organised with a strong attention to detail
• Highly motivated and self-starting
