Senior Finance Manager - Private Equity Fund House

Job Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate the preparation capital call and distribution notices, as well as capital account statements to investors
• Work closely with third party service providers such as external valuer, auditors, administrators, transfer agents and custodians
• Conduct post investment management for investment portfolios
• Assist in investment execution during the investment and exit process for our private funds
• Validate investment valuation performed by investment team
• Prepare business analysis and implementation plan, including but not limited to budget and revenue and cost analysis;
• Evaluate internal and external business aspects to generate new ideas and formulate business strategies
• Collaborate with relevant parties and conduct cost-effective campaigns/programs to ensure the business objectives can be achieved and examine the effectiveness for continuous improvement
• Develop policy/process to ensure manager's expenses are allocated accurately among our different fund products/ vehicles/ investor types
• Ensure operation controls are in place and operate effectively
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Experience/Skills

• Qualified Accountant and a University degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• At least 7 years relevant experience, can be gained from private equity fund house / fund admin
• Team leading experience woud be an advantage
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
