Account Manager & Investment Advisor - Middle East (Temporary)

Within our Wealth Management division, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account & Investment Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advising wealth management clients across various asset classes.

Your Opportunity:

• Proactively support the team in the management of their client portfolio
• Support the Relationship Managers in the preparation of investment proposals
• Actively advice Relationship Managers and clients across all asset classes
• Prepare and participate in prospect client pitches
• Continuously monitor market developments and innovate with new investment solutions
• Independently manage the administration of client accounts and transactions (cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renewals, etc.)
• Assist the Relationship Managers in the organization of the client meetings (arrange appointments, prepare required documents, etc.)
• Support the Relationship Managers in all KYC-related matters
• Monitor client account balances and account transactions
• Deal with pending and deadlines, as well as follow-up of pending items (client control, worklists..)
• Prepare account openings/closings documents
• Deal with the fees and commissions
• Control and handling of internal processes; legal and compliance aspects, client data, "client journal"
• Establish close collaboration with other departments of the bank
• Deal with incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Accurate and timely monitoring of Risk and Compliance Indicators
• Various administrative tasks

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the banking industry
• Effective communication skills with an innate ability and strong interest for a high-level client service
• Strong organizational skills, team player able to work under pressure
• Good understanding of financial products and markets
• Curious, flexible and positive attitude,
• Highly motivated, pro-active attitude and structured thinking, very well organized
• Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS Office)
• Fluency in English and French is a must, Arabic is a plus
