This is an independent commercial property investment organisation based in Adelaide but work across multiple states in Australia. They are a team of experts who work to find the best commercial investment opportunities, and manage these investments to allow the greatest return for investors.

Your new role
This role entails the administrative support of the Property Investments department, reporting to the Investor Relations Manager and providing general support to the team and specifically the National Portfolio Manager. The administrative support will include being responsible for legal document administration, compliance requirements with Banks, Investor Relations and Unit Registry support.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
  • Answering and assisting with phone enquiries
  • Responsible Person of the email inbox
  • Assisting with preparation (and formatting) of Information Memorandum and general support as needed
  • General support as directed during equity raises
  • Liaising with investors as needed
  • Data entry, maintenance and running reports in Unitise
  • Assisting with Compliance obligations
  • General administrative support to NPM
  • Formatting of documents
  • Ensuring consistency of formatting etc in all marketing material
  • Keeper of legal documents - scanning & filing
  • Keeper of legal register including spreadsheet, document register and hard copies
  • Arranging mortgagee consent for legal documents when required
  • Keeper of bank guarantees
  • Assisting with invitations and agendas to Investor Updates
  • Attending Investor Meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting with Investor functions and Investor Updates
  • Tenant gift boxes and other corporate gifts as directed
  • Any other administrative support tasks as directed

  • InDesign would be advantageous but not necessary
