This role will have two main streams - ensuring that all parties are ready and engaged at a global level to bring in and successfully land new business and ensuring that our incumbent business is covered from an end to end oversight perspective.

New Business
  • Creating an engagement framework for all of our internal partners supporting our new business to ensure readiness and joint agreement on requirements for the significant volume of new business including:
    • Global co-ordination across all deals of tranche go lives
    • Global co-ordination across all deals of service go lives
    • Alignment across all parties of expectations and timing of readiness
  • Creating a global view of all implementation costs across all deals and reviewing for best practices, leverage of work done to benefit future implementations and analysis of differences to estimate to enable better financial modelling going forward.
  • Creating an engagement framework for our third party partners for licensing agreements and apportionment and management throughout the organization (eg Simcorp, Salesforce, Bloomberg)
  • Global Air traffic control across implementations and material projects to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of implementation go lives, major GD/GTS initiatives, specific client issues and significant market events and that any overlaps are documented and understood.

Ongoing Business
  • Working with our GD, GTS and all other internal partners to create and put into practice a management schema that demonstrates appropriate oversight of our end to end business
  • Creating an engagement framework for all of our internal partners supporting our ongoing business including budget and expense management, SLAs, governance and escalation. An immediate priority will be working with our CRD partners to create SLAs, standard SOWs and MOUs, Fee Billing standards and joint governance and monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work with functional heads to create action plans to deliver.
  • Post implementation/go live investment and architecture commitments and lessons learned on current/completed implementations.

Role expectations
  • This role will have considerable senior management engagement at SVP/EVP level - experience of executive communications is essential.
  • A strong working knowledge of the Alpha client base and Alpha services is important.
  • A demonstrable background in transformation and driving change through organizations is desirable.
