Job Duuties:
* Perform daily hedge fund operations including trade bookings, settlements, Corporate Actions, daily reconciliations, pricing, and P&L production.
*Provide support and manage the day-to-day operations of back office processing, life-cycle events, clearing and settlements of Treasury Products including but not limit to FX, Fixed Incomes, Repo/ Reverse Repo, IRS, CDS and OTC Derivatives
* Conduct the verification and reconciliation of all positions to our prime brokers and trading counterparties
* Liaise with portfolio managers, traders, and external trading counterparties and prime brokers
* Resolve trade related issues in a timely fashion
* Help monitor and reduce foreign currency exposure through the execution of FX transactions
* Assist in responding to ad hoc queries from internal and external client
Requirement:
* Bachelor in Quantitative Finance /Statistics/Actuarial/ Finance/ Mathematics
* Trade operations experience in bank/fund admin/ hedge fund/asset management
* Ambitious, detail minded with a strong analytical sense
* Excellent language abilities in spoken and written Cantonese and English
* knowledge of using Python & VBA will be an advantage
