Finance - Assistant Vice President/VP

Responsibilities:

Responsible for accounting and finance matters of various investment projects;
Provide accounting and finance advices to Front Office;
Deal with ad-hoc requests from Front Office and management;
Liaise with internal & external auditors and independent valuation experts on various requests;
Management of financial statements and reports at both company and consolidation level;
Assist in handling reporting work from Head Office;
Enhance front-to-end working flow and process.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance and Accounting, or other related discipline with CPA, ACCA or CFA qualification;
At least 6 years relevant experience gained from Investment Banks/Private Equity Fund;
Open to Big 4 candidates;
Strong business sense and problem-solving skills;
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English;
Over 6 years relevant accounting experience preferable in investment banking industry;
Solid practical experience in expenses control procedures; and cost allocation;
Professional diploma or university degree in accountancy;
Strong logical and analytical mind;
Proficient in various functions of Excel and Word;
Fluent in spoken Putonghua and written English.
