High Growth/ Emerging Enterprise Relationship Manager, CMB

CMB aspires to be market leader in banking high growth and promising companies in Singapore. We have been instrumental in identifying young companies in digital economy, urban solutions, sustainability, and companies with innovative operating models for Emerging Enterprise Awards* (which OCBC has sponsored for the past 15 years). Besides banking these customers, we offer business network, corporate advisory and growth funds through venture loans and equity investments.
Responsibilities

1. Active sourcing of young companies which fit in the Emerging Enterprise Award profile
2. Involving in the Emerging Enterprise Award from start to end including following up with potential companies on the application and liaison with companies throughout the entire campaign
3. Proactive onboarding new to bank /segment companies
4. Deepening relationships, understanding this portfolio of customers, and supporting their growth beyond traditional banking products
5. Updating senior management on the progress of the alumnus portfolio

Qualifications
Requirements

1. Degree holder in Finance / Business /Banking / Engineering/ Technology related.
2. Have some business banking experience and good knowledge on banking products
3. Interest and knowledge in technology is a plus point
4. Logical, communicate and write well.
5. Pleasant personality, good attitude, driven, energetic and quick to learn
