Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing, planning, and delivering new capabilities for the bank's Invoice Management portfolio in OCBC Bank's core markets in close collaboration with the commercial and corporate banking business units and technology partners, reporting to the Cash Management Product Lead in Global Transaction Banking.

Responsibilities (in order of priority):
  • Oversee product build and go-to-market rollout for Invoice Management capabilities, including identifying and tracking relevant metrics to drive utilization and measure success
  • Work closely with the external stakeholders and the E-Invoicing governing authority, the Infocomm Media Development Authority, to maintain product industry standards and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Leverage data and past product performance to identify and understand performance drivers, establish new initiatives or enhancements by articulating problem statements, value propositions and solution benefits for customers
  • Adhere to Product Governance and embed Product Risk Mitigations in the design and operation of the product builds
  • Close engagement with IT and customer service teams for exceptional handling of product related customer issues
  • Identify and implement relevant marketing campaigns and activities to drive usage volumes and enhance client experience with internal stakeholders and commercial banking business units
  • Continually re-assess the operational risks associated with the assigned products, considering changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, and the impact of new technology

  • Experience and ability to ideate, design products and work with IT resources / business partners to deliver new product functionality to enhance client experiences
  • Awareness and interest in current market trends, new technologies and products relating to E-Invoicing, procurement, accounting, and the overall supply chain flow of businesses
  • Keen customer focus with an eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities and dynamic environment
