Senior Performance Analyst with a Leading Asset Management

This is a leading asset management and in view of its expansion plans, they are recruiting a senior performance analyst individual to join its team to support the department leader of the team. This person will be mentoring the junior people in the team.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for calculating and analysing portfolio results, attribution, and analytics in support of external clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. This individual will also serve as a subject matter expert for one or more internal and external industry applications, as well as play a critical role in leading enterprise-wide initiatives.

This individual will have experience with calculating, validating, and interpreting portfolio investment results, attribution analysis, benchmark analysis and transaction/holdings-based analysis.

Requirements

Degree in Finance/Accountancy and preference with Master's/CFA/FRM with a minimum of 7 years of working experience in investment analytics, performance attribution, and performance analytics within the Hedge Fund, Asset Management Space with Knowledge calculations, models, and application to investment strategies. Top-level IT skills: Python or VBA. Excellent analytical skills are required to problem-solving and flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing business events.
