An established investment firm is seeking Fund Controller (Real Estate) to join the team.
The incumbent will work closely with key stakeholders (deals team, tax, legal, external stakeholders etc.) to support on finance-related advisory, including deal closing and financial due diligence. Acting as a finance advisor, you will provide financial and operational inputs for the investment process. Review of financial controls, market value updates and variance/returns analysis. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify and design finance workflow enhancements.
The ideal candidate has at least 10 years relevant experience, ideally in real estate funds with a good understanding of deal closing processes. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite for the role, leadership skills/team management skills will be highly advantageous as you will lead a team here.
