About the Division
PWM Asia Learning and Talent Engagement (PWM Asia LTE) is responsible for development and delivery of a wide range of missions including new hire onboarding, learning & training program management, talent acquisition and engagement initiatives for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management Asia.
As part of the PWM Asia LTE team, the Onboarding and Program Manager will partner and collaborate with various internal stakeholders across PWM Asia to meet business objectives and to strategize on how to improve overall onboarding procedure and experience for new joiners, planning and execution of ongoing trainee and talent related program.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver onboarding program to provide effective onboarding experience to new joiners and facilitate client onboarding for new sales
- Oversee lifecycle of trainee program which includes sourcing, hiring, training and graduation for these young talents
- Work closely and manage relationship with Subject Matter Experts to develop, maintain and execute training program / workshop / event to enhance staff competency
- Organize and facilitate staff engagement program to promote cross team collaboration and career path development
- Promote sound culture, behavior and conduct through different learning channels.
- Collect and analyze staff feedback and data for better talent planning and business decision making
- Maintain and tidy training and program record for internal audit and regulatory inspection
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
