Investment Analyst, Singapore

• Construction, engineering, real estate industries

Responsibilities would include:

• Evaluate investment opportunities across numerous asset classes and perform industry and market research
• Conduct sourcing and due diligence of construction and property tech start-up investments and public and private fund investments
• Assist in the management of a multi-asset investment portfolio, day-to-day portfolio monitoring and investment execution
• Compile investment policies, summary reports and recommendations
• Prepare performance reports and oversee manage reporting process

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree with preference for Finance / Business / Mathematics or working towards a financial qualification such as CFA / CAIA
• Minimum of 6 months to 2 years' relevant investment experience preferably within VC, PE, asset management, family office or consulting
• Real estate or construction experience will be value adding, but not mandatory
• Experience in analysing financial statements and creating financial models
• Understanding of private markets
