Wealth Operation management (OM) manager / Assistant manager

Job Duties:

Follow up on the HKMA & SFC regulation requirement and dynamic discussion demand from head office in Taiwan
Assess regulation potential impact on wealth management business and relevant P&P adjustment
Planning training program related to P&P projects
Prepare Management Information System (MIS) Reports and regular reports to head office and Hong Kong branch
Conduct evaluation of annual RCSA (Operational Risk & Control self-assessment) and daily monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRI) of Hong Kong branch; responsible for the wealth management department self-audit procedures and managing risk-related declaration items
Performance analysis related to business performance KPI objectives
Conduct gap analysis on the Bank's existing policies and procedures, to ensure that the Bank complies with both internal and external standards or regulatory requirements

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
2-3 years of relevant experience in financial industry; focus on the field of wealth management (WM/GWM), retail banking or private banking would be an advantage
HKSI Paper 1 or IIQE Paper 1/3/5 qualification is a plus
Be able to work independently and under pressure
Strong interest in developing a career in the banking industry and passion for excellence
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in written English and Chinese; fluent in spoken Putonghua

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Specialist.)
