Job requirements
Credentials
- Develop complex fund models and perform rigorous financial analysis of investment opportunities
- The role will include analysis of underlying real estate through to a net investor position, including relevant debt, tax and corporate expenditure on a historic and forecast basis, and developing and maintaining cash flow forecasts
- Analyse potential investment acquisition opportunities at both corporate and asset level
- Assist in developing business plans, hold/sell decisions, and portfolio strategies
- Modelling of fund and investor level returns and quantifying risk
- Preparation of investor and debt reporting requirements
- Coordination of fund data (historical & KPI information) and financial returns calculation across all funds
- Assist with technical infrastructure projects, business Intelligence, and streamlining of property and financial analysis for investor/bank reporting
- Help prepare reports for acquisitions and disposals in conjunction with the investment and research teams as required
