Leveraged Finance Associate

I am working with a global Investment Bank looking to bring associates 1 and 2 on to their Leveraged Finance team. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, industries, financing structures & products.

Associate Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and research client's financial situations

- Research and analyze industry and market data, as well as debt financing and merger acquisitions

- Build complex LBO and other financial models

- Contribute to client negotiations

- Produce external client proposals and underwriting memos

- Contribute to the creation of client presentations

- Structure and syndicate leveraged finance transactions

Associate Qualifications:

- MBA with concentration in finance

- Prior experience working within leveraged finance

- Strong financial. analytical skills

- Strong financial modeling skills

- Able to work in collaborative environment
