As part of the GA Identity and Access Management Team, the Access Management Analyst will support the GA business units in compliance with corporate security policies and related controls. We support the audit management and access management of the organization and clients. We strive for continuous improvement, innovation approaches, creativity, and to build a strong security posture for the organization.

This position will accomplish the following tasks:
  • You will perform analysis of data using a variety of tools, including SQL and Excel, report generators and data visualization
  • You will participate in onboarding new applications into the GA access management system, including establishing roles and entitlements for applications
  • You will become a part of a team developing software to support access management
  • You will manage GA's compliance to all IAM programs, including IAMP
  • You will assume additional access governance and audit management duties as needed
  • You will offer leadership in the absence of senior team members, when required
  • You will liaise with each business area to drive new or enhanced security risk requirements
  • You will partner with colleagues and share expertise to deliver quality and timely service
  • You will develop a detailed understanding of our IAM processes and controls; identify and drive solutions to improve the control environment and positively affect behavioral change in a complex financial institution
  • Engage with internal subject matter experts to understand IAM integration requirements
  • Collaborate with SSGA Business Development, Senior Management, and Solution Architecture to define requirements, priorities and use cases.
  • Develops and nurtures productive and collaborative relationships across the organization.


Applicants should possess the following skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ years of information security, access management coursework/ experience preferred
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Familiar with Business concepts including SDLC, IAM, and compliance/ risk management
  • Strong analytical, communication, research and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient at multitasking while maintaining attention to detail
  • Willingness to ask questions and raise issues

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
