Leading asset management company is hiring for a trainee, provide sales support for delivering all coordination & communication activities

Our client is one of the largest asset management companies, rank among top 10 global player. With the multinational culture, they are looking for someone who fit in the dynamic & hybrid environment.

About the role

They are hosting a trainee program. The trainee will work closely with a team of experienced distribution sales and provides support in communication, coordination and administration in all aspects of sales and sales related marketing activities

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with investment, product, marketing, middle office and compliance teams
  • Prepare due diligence questionnaires, presentations and business proposals for new and existing clients
  • Support sales team in updating business database and budget, and managing client onboarding process and participate in KYC and AML
  • Support in communication and coordination on all distribution sales and reporting activities (invitations, clients/prospects mailing and news updates)
  • Respond to ad hoc queries from teams and departments across the Group's global network, particularly in Paris
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the operation procedures
  • Preparation of publications including regular reports and research documents
  • Research and analysis on market intelligence in asset management business, specifically on retail investment trends, client demand as well as product development
Requirements
  • 1 year or above working experience, graduate in Business, Finance and/or related discipline, preferably with background in financial institution
  • Good analytical skills, have understanding of financial markets and investment products (especially fund)
  • Strong communications in spoken and written Chinese (spoken Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to work under strong pressure
  • Strong in Excel, PowerPoint is a must
